Cutting Tool Consumption Up

Cutting tool consumption up indicates a rise in manufacturing activity.

US machine shops and other manufacturers consumed $175.9 million worth of cutting tools during June 2022, 0.3 % more than during May and 2.2% more than the June 2021 consumption total. The Cutting Tool Market Report tracks cutting-tool consumption as a reliable index to overall manufacturing activity because cutting tools are a primary consumable product in use across multiple industrial sectors.” American Machinist

I hope the next administration makes an all-out effort to round up and deport all the ILLEGAL migrants who have entered our country. Yes, our southern border is wide open to anyone, from anywhere in the world.

The Ukrainian people continue their fight for freedom. They will not repel the Russian juggernaut; they do not have enough people and equipment to be victorious.

Talk about evil people: in a stunning move, Joe Biden disbanded a federal employee labor union (the National ICE Council), but only after it endorsed his opponent in the 2020 election and criticized his policies. The Federal Labor Relations Authority ruled last week to disband the ‘National Ice Council’ which represents 7,600 employees of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This is fucking illegal-or it should be. For political reasons alone does he do this. Everything the “democrats” do is aimed at expanding and keeping power. This shit must be stopped.

Another shit show: A Fargo North Dakota “woke” school board has dumped the Pledge of Allegiance in part because it contains two words (” Under” and “God”) that are not “inclusive” enough. Where do these idiots come from and how do they get Americans to follow this nonsense?

The idiot in the Oval Office signed the $739 BILLION SPENDING SPREE THE “democrats” call “The Inflation Reduction Act” it will NOT reduce inflation, it will raise your taxes, it will add 87,000 armed IRS agents to fine you for whatever they choose. There are no boundaries with these people. There is nothing in the bill which promotes economic growth, creates jobs or does anything remotely close to what these “legislators” are paid to do. There is, however, plenty of money for their green bullshit.

A Commerce Department led process that REVIEWS U.S. tech exports to China approves almost ALL requests and has overseen an increase in sales of some PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT technologies, according to an analysis of trade data. The US continues to send to China an array of semiconductors, aerospace components, artificial intelligence technology and other items. Critics say such sales, which have taken place across several adminstrations, (evenTrump? I wonder…), could be used to advance Beijing’s military interests.
I don’t know about you, but selling our technological advances to our enemy is not a very bright move.

A COVID-era rule has kept families across the country on Medicaid, even if they make too much money to normally qualify. The democrat cheats in Congress have let this happen over the past two years as they take over our healthcare system. The ruse has worked so well that we may never undo the damage it’s done. Over these past two years 24 million people have been added to Medicaid-a 34% increase. That has driven the price tag of the program up by $198 BILLION each year. Add the Democratic Obamacare expansion and taxpayers are on the hook for an extra $230 BILLION annually, or $44,000 per “newly insured” American.
If this massive shift from PRIVATE (FREE MARKET) to GOVERNMENT-run healthcare continues, the amount will only grow and the American taxpayer will be poorer.

As the days become shorter and the mornings and evenings become cooler, it causes me to wonder how the American people have allowed this “climate change” bullshit to be running our lives. The climate on this planet has been changing for some 4 billion years. The earth is changing every day and we do not control what she does, any negative effects from humans have been minimal on our climate, if human cause exists at all. Drought, floods, heat waves, extreme cold are all part of the natural ways of earth and we are not going to stop it or change it. All this “green” crap to save the planet is nonsense, very costly and with no good outcomes in sight. Do you believe driving an electric vehicle will save anything? It is horseshit and the greenies are making us eat it. I refuse to comply. I will not drive an electric car; I will not install solar panels or windmills or any of the other nonsense these crooks are getting rich on. In the future all of this will be proven to have been a waste of time and money, along with the undue stress on the people of the world.

After the CDC’s admission of failure in dealing with Covid, it appears the oppressive measures taken (lockdowns, mask mandates) were against longstanding advice of public health experts. Indeed, a Johns Hopkins University meta-analysis of studies around the world concluded that lockdown mask restrictions have had “little to no effect on Covid-19 mortality.” I told you so. All bullshit.

US states with more-restrictive policies fared no better, on average, than states with less-restrictive policies. There is still no convincing evidence that masks provided any significant benefits.
Excerpts from a WSJ opinion piece by John Tierney 8/19/22

Despite the science, here we are at the beginning of a new school year and many schools and colleges are requiring students to mask up for the first two weeks of the semester, while Philadelphia has mandated pre-school and kindergarten children mask for the entire year. Where are the parents? Where is common sense? Where are the city leaders?

TEDDY ROOSEVELT ON IMMIGRANTS IN AMERICA…1907

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag…We have room for but one language here and that is the English language…and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
