Stronger Demand for American Made Goods

The US trade gap narrowed in July reflecting stronger demand for American made goods abroad that could boost the factory sector in coming months.

Here we go again, Monday afternoon we received reports that another AMERICAN journalist named Steven Sotloff, missing since 2013 and held hostage by the Islamic state has been beheaded. This is their “Second message to America.” Are you kidding me? They are spewing demands on the United States? Are you kidding me? I am in disbelief….

This is the 21st century A.D., not the 1st century. What in the hell is going on? Barbarism is rampant in the world of these Islamic fundamentalists. Is this what we want? Are we willing to tolerate this crap from a bunch of camel jockey sons of bitches? This is not a joke. That it is happening right now on the other side of the globe means nothing. Their goal is the United States. I believe they are already here in one form or another.

The only solution to this is the total and complete eradication of the Islamic state. A free world cannot allow this type of radical ideology to exist, because the world as we know it will cease to exist if this behavior is left unchecked. We see what they are doing, it is right in front of our eyes on a daily basis, doing nothing, leading from behind, these are not strategies required in a situation such as this. We must DO SOMETHING very aggressive in nature to stop these thugs.

Institute for Supply Management | August Report on Business

Monday’s report states:

Economic activity in the manufacturing sector expanded in August for the 15th consecutive month and the overall economy grew for the 63rd consecutive month says the nations supply executives in this latest report.”

The report was issued today by Bradley J. Holcomb, CPSM, CPSD, chair of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Manufacturing Business Survey Committee.

The August PMI registered 59 percent; an increase of 1.9 percentage points from July’s reading of 57.1 indicating continued expansion in manufacturing. This month’s PMI reflects the highest reading since March 2011 when the index registered 59.1 percent. The New Orders Index increased 3.3 percentage points. The Production Index also increased 3.3 percentage points. The Employment Index also grew for the 14th consecutive month. Inventories of raw materials increased 3.5 percentage points. The August PMI is led by the highest recorded New Orders Index since April 2004 when it registered 67.1 percent. At the same time, comments from the panel reflect a positive outlook mixed with caution over global geopolitical unrest.”

US raw steel production

… retreated 1.0 percent last week as mills operated at an average capability utilization rate (ACUR) of 79.5 percent. In the corresponding week last year mills operated at an ACUR of 77.6 percent. Thus far this year mills have operated at an ACUR of 77.2 percent, up 0.7 percent from the same period last year.

US job growth slowed to its lowest level of the year in August, a stumble for labor markets that had delivered a string of steady gains over the prior six months despite uneven economic growth.” WSJ

The US government should offer to pay the airfare for any moron that wants to go, they forfeit their US citizenship and are no longer welcome in this country. The Pentagon reported Friday that the US military undertook operations to eliminate head sand rat Ahmed Abdi Godane the co-founder of Somalia’s al-shabaab militant terrorist group. He is dead and rotting in the Somali sun. Thanks be to God.
