The US economy added 943,000 jobs in July and the unemployment rate dropped to 5.4 percent.

Manufacturing Sector Grew in July for 14th Consecutive Month

The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) released its July 2021 Manufacturing ISM Report on Business and reports economic activity in the manufacturing sector grew in July with the overall economy notching a 14th consecutive month of growth, say the nation’s supply executives in the latest ISM Report on Business.

The report was issued Monday by Timothy R. Fiore, CPSM, CPM, Chair of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Manufacturing Business Survey Committee:

The July Manufacturing PMI registered 59.5 percent. A decrease of 1.1 percentage points from the June reading. The figure indicates expansion in the overall economy…Business Survey Committee panelists reported that their companies and suppliers continue to struggle to meet increasing demand levels. As we enter the third quarter, all segments of the manufacturing economy are impacted by near-record long raw material lead times, continued shortages of critical basic materials, rising commodity prices and difficulties in transporting products.”

US Raw Steel Production 1,876,000 Net Tons

In the week ending 7/31/21, US raw steel production was 1,876,000 net tons at an ACUR of 85.0 percent, up 0.4 percent from the previous week. This is huge capacity utilization which I do not recall at any other time in my 50 plus year career in steel. No wonder we are having supply constraints.

US Drill Rigs Running Down From Previous Week

There were 488 drill rigs running in the US last week, down 3 rigs from the previous week, up 237 rigs from one year ago. In Canada, drillers added three rigs to 153, up 108 rigs from one year ago.

Masking … Again

Masking-again? What is wrong with these idiots? Masking has been proven to be minimally effective in protecting the spread of the virus or the infection by the virus. Most people do not use an effective mask, most do not wear them properly anyway. Children are suffering mentally and physically from their use and their risk of dire health consequences, unless there are co-morbidities, is minimal. Additionally, the mental health of children suffers from inhaling carbon dioxide, suffer from social isolation, suffer from not being able to see the faces of their friends, their teachers, their siblings, their parents.

Vaccination Passes

New York city on Tuesday announced citizens will need proof of vaccination in order to eat at a restaurant, go to the gym, attend other social events etc. I understand the same horse shit is going on in California. Does the fact that all this happens in Democrat-controlled states mean anything to those of us with even a modicum of common sense? It is all a scam, a distraction from the ongoing political nonsense, the rampant crime in our cities, the illegal migration into the USA. The Marxists are winning folks.

On Monday afternoon Andrew Cuomo, New York governor, urged private businesses to institute “vaccine-only” admission in order to incentivize getting vaccinated against covid. Why is it so damned important to them that everyone be vaccinated against a virus with a mortality rate somewhere near 0.1 percent? More people die from cancer, or drunk driving or plain stupidity. We don’t really know how many “covid” deaths were really from covid because everyone lies. You cannot believe the White House, you cannot believe Fauci, you cannot believe the CDC or the NIH, for sure you cannot believe the liberal media.

Andrew Cuomo Investigation

On Tuesday, Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York, released her investigative findings regarding King Andrew Cuomo and his sexual harassment charges. The result; he is guilty of sexually harassing each of the eleven women who accused him of such behavior. Naturally, he had a pre-recorded message for the news immediately after the news release. An hour or so later he went on the air to deny ALL charges and blame it on media bias. Right.

Rent Moratorium

Now the federal government owns YOUR property. The Biden administration is seeking (forcing) a way to extend the pandemic rent moratorium. Of course, property owners must continue to pay their mortgages, but renters are living rent-free. This does a couple things; firstly, how do property owners continue to pay mortgages when there is no income from those properties? They would have to be well heeled, but how long can that last. Secondly, this is another vote getter for Marxists, “look what we have done for you!” more horse shit.

Automakers will soon be installing monitoring devices in automobiles which will identify impaired drivers.

Apple will soon begin to scan all iPhones to identify and report collections of sexually exploitive images of children. While I wholly agree that these perverts need to be put away or eliminated, I wonder about the constitutionality of such impositions into one’s personal life.

Gas Price Surge

According to the US Energy Information Administration, gasoline prices have surged to a new seven-year high. For the week of August 2, the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline rose by over 2 cents to $3.159. Sure, let’s shutdown the pipelines, let’s stop fracking. Idiots. Do you remember when Trump had fuel prices down near $1.25 per gallon.

Covid-19 Vaccine for Children Emergency Authorization

US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy has said he believes it’s likely that a covid-19 vaccine for children under 12 will be given emergency use authorization during the next school year. If my children were in that age bracket, knowing the facts that are known, I would REFUSE to subject my children to such horse shit. There is no valid reason for this, the reasons NOT to do it far outweigh any possible benefits.

There is something wrong with all of this. Why is it so damned important for everyone to be vaccinated? Why? Covid has consumed the Marxists in our country. They don’t care about rampant crime, illegals pouring across our borders, China, Russia, Iran etc which all take a second seat. Why? How is this rational thinking? I know I have said this before and I apologize for repeating, but this is all a scam.
