Business Grew Solidly in March 2021

Business grew solidly in March, according to The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Empire State Manufacturing Survey of firms responding to the March survey. The headline general business conditions index climbed 5 points, its highest level since last summer. New orders increased modestly; shipments were up substantially.

New Orders Rose Sharply as Shipment and Employment Indexes Increased

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia released its March 2021 Manufacturing Business Outlook Survey and reports manufacturing conditions in the region strengthened further in the month, according to firms responding to the survey. The indicators for general activity and new orders rose sharply and the shipments and employments indexes also increased.

US Drill Rigs Running Down 1 From Prior Week

There were 402 drill rigs running in the US last week, down 1 rig from the prior week, down 390 rigs from one year ago. Canadian drill rigs dropped by 25 to 116, down 59 rigs from one year ago.

The Conference Board Leading Economic Index (LEI) for the US Increased 0.2 Percent in February

The Conference Board Leading Economic Index (LEI) for the US increased 0.2 percent in February following a 0.5 percent increase in January and a 0.4 percent December increase.

The US LEI continued rising in February, suggesting economic growth should continue well into this year,” said Ataman Ozyildirim, Senior Director of Economic Research at the Conference Board.

On March 3, the Democrat-led House passed HR1, the “For the People Act” (it should be “Fuck the People Act”). The election reform package, if passed by the Senate, would transfer authority over how elections are administered from states to the federal government and make permanent many voting rules that opponents say lead to voter fraud. Here are some of the key changes to election laws:

-Gives the federal government authority to administer elections (this goes against the written Constitution)
-The bill mandates that any lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of HR1 could only be filed in the District Court for the District of Columbia and all plaintiffs would be required “to file joint papers or to be represented by a single attorney at oral argument.”
-mandates automatic voter registration in all 50 states.
Mandates no-fault absentee ballots (does away with witness signature or notarization requirements for absentee ballots. Would force states to accept absentee ballots received up to 10 days after Election Day.
-Prevents election officials from removing ineligible voters from registries or confirming the eligibility and qualifications of voters.
-Restores the Voting Rights Act
-Bans state voter ID laws (lunacy)
-ensures illegal immigrants can vote
-allows same day voter registration
-allows 16-year-olds to vote
-prohibits the publication of “misleading information” about elections
-allows felons to vote
-mandates early voting
-legalizes nationwide mail-in voting without photo ID
-promotes ballot harvesting
-requires states to accept ballots 10 days after Election Day
-requires colleges and universities to hire “campus vote coordinators”
-mandates that states make absentee voter boxes available for 45 days within an election
-requires states to allow “curbside” voting.
-urges statehood for the District of Columbia
-requires states to redraw congressional districts through “independent” commissions
-allows politicians to use campaign funds for personal use

This is absolutely absurd. These people are shredding The Constitution with impunity. I do not hear outrage from any Republican in Congress-or anyone else. Between this and the “Covid-19” spending spree (of the $1,900 billions spent, only 9% actually goes to covid relief) , the chaos on our southern border, stopping work on the Keystone pipeline and all the other nonsense they have done in two months, we are fucked as a country.

Are you aware the US military has lowered its aptitude and fitness parameters? We will soon have a collection mentally deficient jelly belly’s protecting our country. I am a huge supporter of the US military and our great Veterans, but this is simply stupid. Our military should be the best, the brightest and the most physically fit, anything less will lead to defeat. Do you think China and Russia, for example, are LOWERING the standards for their military personnel? Chew on that for a minute.

Health and Human Services Secretary Confirmed

On Thursday the US Senate somehow confirmed Xavier Becerra as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Becerra is a partisan hack and a California liberal. He knows noting of health or human services and his new job has a $1.2 trillion budget. How much can he steal and give to his friends.

Columbia University Offers 6 Graduation Ceremonies

Columbia University is segregating their graduating class by gender, race, income level. If this isn’t racist, what is? We are really going backwards in this country; it is uncanny, and I do not understand how Americans could let this bullshit go as far as it has.
