Housing starts slipped in September

Housing starts slipped by 8.5% in September, driven by declines in both single-family and multifamily starts. A downtrend in single-family starts remains the largest drag as builders try to right-size elevated inventory, and a weak demand environment. Wells Fargo

News Headlines

I find it hard to believe, but the level of hate being displayed by the left in regard to the assassination of Charlie Kirk last week, and furthermore, towards his family, is ruthless and sinful behavior. Additionally, that people are actually happy that he was murdered, is beyond belief. These are truly sick people and, I believe they will all burn in hell for eternity.

So, I have been ruminating about the life and death of Charlie Kirk and the similarities between his life and the life of Jesus Christ, after all, they both grew up in families of faith, they were both sacrificed at around thirty years of age, they both preached peace and love, family, charity, compassion, understanding, truth, and freedom. A simple observation from the top.

Robert Reford died on Tuesday, he was 89. I thought he was a great actor, my favorite movies of his: Jeremiah Johnson, The Sting, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, All the President’s Men, and so many more more. RIP

Thank you for entertaining us so well, and for so long.

Kathy Hochul, Governor of New York, in an unsurprising move, has endorsed Zoran Mamdani to be next mayor of New York City. If this is what the city wants, let them have it, and let them suffer the dire consequences of such a stupid move. The once beautiful and great city will be destroyed. SOCIALISM does NOT work, it has never worked, anywhere. Socialism will lead to a loss of freedom, poverty, crime, and oppression. Mark my words folks.

Wednesday September 17 was Constitution Day (1787)

The political discourse in our country has once again sunk to new lows. Aside from the Democrats (and likely not most of them), who gives a crap about Jimmy Kimmel? This guy had a show that was all about insulting the president, telling lies about the president. Making jokes about him is fair game, but lies are a sign of disrespect, the truth is not out of bounds by any means. The Democrats are more incensed by the suspension of Kimmel than they are than the murder of an innocent man. Hillary called Trump voters “deplorables,” but the Democrats are the deplorable ones, and they prove it every day. They rant about Kimmel as an attack on the 1st Amendment, Charlie Kirk was exercising his 1st Amendment rights when he was violently murdered. These idiots are celebrating this heinous act with no word about the 1st Amendment. Can you imagine that from American citizens? I find it difficult to believe, but their hatred for Trump and conservative values has ruined them.

TEDDY ROOSEVELT ON IMMIGRANTS IN AMERICA…1907

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag…We have room for but one language here and that is the English language…and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
