Brett Kavanaugh Hullabaloo

Have you wondered: what happened to all the hullabaloo from the left about Brett Kavanaugh? For a month he was the focus of the fake news main stream media, was he not? Amid charges that he was a misogynist, a rapist, a gang rapist, unfit for the court, unfit to coach sports, etc. The Democrats attempted to thwart his nomination, to ruin his personal life, to halt his career, to ruin his family. Once he was confirmed, it all went away. Zilch, nada, nothing.

How does that happen? Where are the women who were raped, and gang raped and who deserved to be heard? In the Dems’ self-righteousness, why is this no longer an issue? I will tell you why: Because it was all a lie, a set-up, Fake News, and they got away with it (again) which is almost the worst thing about it. They keep getting away with their endless lies and bullshit. I am telling you, conservatives MUST vote on November 6 to keep these swamp creatures from gaining power over our country. Their intentions are un-American. RED WAVE ~~~~~

Radicalized Right White Men

CNN’s Don Lemon:

We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to do something about them.”

Really? White men? Really? This is the type of person who wants control of our government…and YOU.

This coming Tuesday’s election is HUGE for Americans. We must stand together to preserve the foundations of the Republic. VOTE REPUBLICAN, VOTE FOR YOUR FUTURE, VOTE FOR YOUR CHILDREN, VOTE FOR YOUR COUNTRY!!!!

Birthright Citizenship

“…They claim this means anyone born in the US has a constitutional right to citizenship. But a closer look at the language and history shows this is NOT the Constitution’s mandate and should never have become national policy.

The crucial phrase is “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” As originally understood when Congress proposed the amendment in 1866, that referred not merely to the obligation of following US laws but also, and more important, to full political allegiance, according to Lyman Trumbull-who was chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and a co-author of the 14th Amendment-being “subject to the common jurisdiction of the United States” meant “not owing allegiance to anybody else.”

That reading is supported by the 1866 Civil Rights Act, also written by Trumbull, which Congress passed over Andrew Johnson’s veto before proposing the 14th Amendment…After first securing the nation’s safety, America’s immigration policy should be an extension of America’s liberating first principles. That means it should be based on the consent of the governed and the rule of law, and a deliberate and self-confident policy of patriotic assimilation. Birthright citizenship does NOT meet this rubric. It ignores the principle of consent annunciated in the Declaration of Independence, undermines the rule of law established in the Constitution and belittles the idea of citizenship and naturalization-the source of America’s uniquely successful immigration story.”

Excerpts from an opinion piece by Matthew Spalding, associate vice president and dean of educational programs for Hillsdale College’s Allan P. Kirby Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship. WSJ 11/1/18

Certainly there are at least two points of view to this problem. I have presented one. Why not let the Supreme Court define what the 14th Amendment aims to accomplish? Isn’t that what they do?

VOTE FOR CONTINUED PROSPERITY ON NOVEMBER 6
DO NOT BELIEVE THE POLLS, THEY ARE BIASED…
WE MUST ALL VOTE

I will track these campaign promises and will check them off as each is accomplished adding those I have missed as they become apparent. This is quite an agenda and will be difficult to achieve all in one term, but I believe the American people are behind him and know these things need to be done. Now, if he can get our legislators to support him instead of fighting him….

TEDDY ROOSEVELT ON IMMIGRANTS IN AMERICA…1907

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag…We have room for but one language here and that is the English language…and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
