Texas Manufacturing Outlook Survey Reports Manufacturing Activity Remained Relatively Flat
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas released its Texas Manufacturing Outlook Survey results and reports manufacturing activity remained relatively flat, according to executives responding to the survey. The production index, a key measure of state manufacturing conditions, fell slightly. Other measures of manufacturing activity also showed declines in May.
Perceptions of broader business conditions continued to worsen in May.
Economic Activity in the Manufacturing Sector Contracted in May
The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) released its May 2023 Manufacturing ISM Report on Business and reports economic activity in the manufacturing sector contracted in May for the seventh consecutive month, following a 28-month period of growth.
US Raw Steel Production Up from Previous Week
In the week ending May 27, 2023, US raw steel production was 1,737,000 net tons at an ACUR of 77.2 percent, up 0.5 percent from the previous week ending May 20, 2023.

In short, just a tiny rise in CO2 results in massive increases in crop yields. So much for the CO2 induced famine argument.
As for EVs, the drive to obtain lithium, which is critical for EV batteries, is destroying the environment at an alarming rate. Lithium mining is destroying fertile land, depleting water tables, poisoning the surrounding areas, killing wildlife, actually increasing CO2 levels, and causing other environmental damage.
The record is clear that the world has been warming since about the year 1700, 150 years before we were using oil as fuel,” says Patrick Moore, one of the original founders of Greenpeace, the entire CO2 narrative is based on lies and half-truths, especially with regard to its purported causation of global warming.”
1700 was the peak of the Little Ice Age, which was very cold and caused crop failures and starvation. Before that, around 1000AD was the Medieval Warm Period when it was warmer than today, and the sea level was 1-2 meters higher than today.”
The US Senate voted to overturn President Biden’s student loan cancellation plan on June 1, rebuking his efforts to bypass Congress and cancel the debt of certain student loan recipients. Several Democrats voted with Republicans to push this over the line. Of course, the idiot in the Oval Office will veto it, but I believe it is still a dead item, which will save billions of taxpayer dollars. A blatant and rude attempt to buy votes, and it worked.
I think it is time for “Heterosexual Pride” month to become an annual month to celebrate. There are several billion people on planet earth. They did not get here by being gay or trans or whatever other gender these freaks may claim to be.
